Anode tree necklace with different diameters available

Your necklace anode is to change once a year to effectively protect your tree.Be careful, an anode that doesn't make itself well does its work, it is imperative that your anode, if not the electrolysis, be done elsewhere.

We have several diameters for anodes necklaces available: 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm and 40mm.

 

When to change his sacrificial anode?

All ships have one or more anodes that must be changed regularly;they are used to protect the submerged metal parts of a boat;they are considered to change to each carnage (or more often in case of particular wear), so at least once a year.

An anode must be used: if at the time of carnage you find your anode as new, it is not normal;electrolysis is required elsewhere.Check that the anode is in electrical contact with the metal part that it must protect.

Warning: do not paint the metal part in contact with the anode.

The sacrificial anodes Performance Metals Products

DAM Marine is the distributor of Performance Metals anodes, manufacturer of high quality sacrificial anodes based in Pennsylvania.The anodes are alloys corresponding to the military standard MIL-DTL-24779B(SH).The alloy is a mixture of aluminum, zinc and indium that gives better electrical protection and thus allows the anode to remain clean (ecological) and to wear regularly.Performance Metals is the only manufacturer including a wear indicator in their products.This alloy also allows anodes to be between 30 and 50% more effective than Zinc anodes.
