Items sold on our site are available in stock.All orders placed before 1700 (french time) shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).For orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery time is effective on the next business day.

We have one physical shop in Six-Fours the beaches (83).It is possible to remove your packages by choosing the delivery mode DAM Marine.

When your parcel is entrusted to Colissimo, the status of your order appears under the "Delivered" status, and you receive an email from us.

Delivery at home is within an indicative period of 48 hours to 72 hours.

In case of absence or if your mailbox cannot contain the package, a notice of passage will indicate the contact details of the post office to retrieve it.

You have 14 calendar days to remove the parcel from the post office, with a proof of identity.

 

Find Standard Relay Colissimo

When your parcel is entrusted to Colissimo, the status of your order appears under the "Delivered" status, and you receive an email from us.

Delivery in relay point is within an indicative period of 48 hours to 72 hours.

You will be informed by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is available at the relay point.

You have 10 working days to remove the package (according to the opening hours of the relay point) by providing you with an identity document.

 

 

Delivery via Chronopost

When your parcel is entrusted to Chronopost, the status of your order appears under the "Delivered" status, and you receive an email from us.

Delivery is made the day after your order is shipped between 8H00 and 13H00.If needed, you can choose another delivery date or have you delivered to a relay point of your choice by logging on Chronopost.fr before midnight on the date of receipt of the SMS.

In case of absence on expected delivery day, you are notified by email by Chronopost of the coordinates of the post office or relay point to remove your parcel.

You have 15 calendar days to remove the parcel from the post office, and 8 calendar days in relay point, with a proof of identity.

 

Find Express Relay Point Chronopost

24 hours

When your parcel is entrusted to Chronopost, the status of your order appears under the "Delivered" status, and you receive an email from us.

Delivery in point relay is done in one average 24 hours.

You are notified by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is received by the relay point.

You have 8 working days to remove the package from the relay (according to the opening hours of the relay point) by providing you with an identity document.

 

 

Delivery via Fréjus Courses

When your parcel is entrusted to Fréjus Course, the status of your order appears under the status "Delivered", and you receive an email from us.

This carrier is reserved for professional customers on the coast of Niçoise, Toulonnaise and Mareillaise.

Delivery is made 24 hours.Delivery on the Toulonnaise Coast possible in the afternoon for orders placed before 10:30.

 

The deadlines are expressed in working days and off holidays.For European and international destinations, deadlines will be higher.

Delivery via Chronopost

 

Find Chronopost Routier Domicile Europe  

You can be delivered to Europe via Chronopost at your home.

When your parcel is shipped, your order will be sent to "dispatched" status and we will send you an email containing the tracking number of your parcel.

 

Find Chronopost Relais Europe  

You can be delivered to Europe via Chronopost.For this, you have to have a withdrawal point nearby.

To use this shipping option, enter your European address and you will see the Chronopost Europe in Relais option appear directly.

When your parcel is shipped, your order will be sent to "dispatched" status and we will send you an email containing the tracking number of your parcel.

You will have, once your coli is delivered, you can recover it by providing you with an identity document and by making you to the removal point.

Unfortunately, the shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight, so we are not able to automate the calculation of the shipping costs.

To order, make your shopping cart, choose the delivery mode "Delivery on rating".Click "Skip to Payment" and "No payment required at the moment".Accept the CGV and pay.No payment will be made.

Our teams will send you by email a quote with the transport costs as soon as possible.

You will have 3 days to precede the rules before the order is automatically cancelled.

How to track your package?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your parcel with a tracking link to track the delivery.Consider checking your unwanted mail if you do not receive this email.

This follow-up is available from your customer account:

1.     Log in using your identifiers.

2.     Click on "History and details of my orders" and on details of the order concerned.

 

If your parcel is indicated as delivered and you have not yet received it, we advise you to consult your mailbox or neighbourhood.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will file a notice of passage with the instructions to recover the package.

 

The products ordered are delivered to the delivery address provided during the order process or at the withdrawal point, you must ensure that the address provided is accurate and complete.DAM Marine accepts no responsibility for delivery.

Package control

Upon receipt of the package, check with the driver the condition of the package and the contents of the package (avarie, missing room, damaged package, broken room).In case of problem:

- Yes parcel is hand-delivered to you, make written mention of reservations directly to the carrier or the point of withdrawal and, where applicable, refuse the package;

- Yes parcel is not hand-delivered, address these reservations to the carrier by registered mail, no later than three (3) working days after receipt of the package.

At the same time, let us know of this inconvenience via the contact form of our site.

After this period, the delivery will be deemed complete and the delivered products will be free from any apparent defects, as a result, DAM Marine will not be able to accept any claims due to grinding, missing product, damaged package, broken parts at the reception.
